Project: Strategic Planning & Focus Groups
In the face of declining student enrollment, Legg Work was retained to conduct an analysis of its student outreach, recruitment, retention, budget, printed materials and tracking methods. Legg Work initiated an internal exploration that assessed those areas, as well as scanned the external and internal environments in which the college marketing must perform, and she presented new strategies for the college to secure its market share. The following year, Legg Work was recommissioned to host focus groups with high school seniors to gain better insights into their college deliberations.
